More new and excited people alongside existing members who can already help them out and see how far they've come creates more community, and that's ultimately the thing we're selling What it means in numbers - I almost tripled my traffic from 6,333 to 18,012 - From an average of 3.5k in new MRR in the months before I started, to 9.1k MRR on average in the 3 months after, to 12k new MRR in the last 30 days Takeaway: When in doubt or feeling overwhelmed, open up the growth tab every day and focus on getting the traffic number up.
