Why Wanting Success Without Effort Is More Common Than You Think
I want to make money, but I don’t always want to put in the effort. The real struggle isn’t ambition, it’s sitting down and doing the reps.
What works is starting with just 5 minutes of full focus and letting it feel uncomfortable. Those 5 minutes often turn into an hour. When I hit 1 or 2 hours, I stop on purpose, because pushing too hard leads straight to burnout.
The smarter move is increasing focus slowly, about 15 minutes a day. That’s how deep focus becomes sustainable.
Start small. Let it flow. Slow growth is steady growth, and steady growth actually lasts.
