What I learned today !
Apne subconscious mind ko train karne ke liye sabse phle apko journal likhna start karna hoga, isse hoga ye ki ap apne dimag ki storage ko khali kar rhe hote ho for more and new memories.
Apko journal me wo sab kuch likhna hai jo apke dimag me aarha ho
- Aaj apne kya kiya
- Kya khaya
- Kaha gye the, kis kis se mile
- Positive thought, negative thoughts
SSab kuch likhna hai, isse apka dimag bekar ke files ( thoughts) apne dimag se nikal dega aur ap fresh feel karo ge aur naye cheeze ache se sikh sakoge
𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 :
Practice : apko apne dimag ke upar practice karni hai, isse related haroon bhai ne ek line boli thi.
- Give yourself some thoughts and think while thinking about those thoughts
Badi mast line hai na😂 ekdam cool.
Chalo iska matlab bhi samajh lete hai, isme ye hai ki "ap khud ko kuch sochen(thoughts) do aur ye sochon ko sochon while you are thinking about jo sochen apne dimag ko di hai"
Ek example se samajhata hu ye😂
Suppose ap namaz padh rhe ho aur namaz me apko bahut sare dusre dusre khayalat aarhe hai, haan abhi apko ye khayalat ko pakarna hai aur sochna hai ki ye me kyun soch tha hu ( aur fir wo negative thoughts ya fir befizool ke thoughts ko apko break karna hai aur jo kaam ap kar rhe ho uspe focus karna hai)
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 :
- "No one can waste my time, expect me"
Koi dusra shaq apka time waste nhi karta ye ap khud hote ho jo apna waqt barbaad karte ho
- Kabhi social media pe time waste toh kabhi lazy hoke time waste toh kabhi doston me sath chai ki dukaan pe baith ke time waste
- Relax karna kuch aur hota hai time waste karna kuch aur hota hai
𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 :
Kisi bhi cheez me liye dusron pe blame nah daalen, samajhdaar insaan wo hai jo dusron ke upar blame dalne se phle ye sochen ki mai ne kya kiya hai, mai ne usse team me kyun liya tha mai ne uske sath partnership kyun ki thi.
Hame khud ko thik karna hai toh apni galtiyon pe dhyan dena hoga instead of looking at others mistake
