can anyone tell whats the average response of live bidding?

like if i send 100 quality proposals then how much responses should i expect?

my father is a web developer on wordpress he currently lost his job and now i want to captre projects for him on upwork

kindly help me if you arre doing live bidding.

or one more should i boost my proposal on not?

i tried speed bidding for 15 proposals and only got viewed by 2 and no interview.
