In this book Nouman Ali Khan gave different examples by the lives of prophets how they suffer and then backed to Allah. All prophets always remember Allah in their hardship. Seeks help, make Duwa and trust on Allah then Allah gave them what they ask for. He mentioned all Duwa's which our prophets make. It's overall change your perspective related to Allah. It will make you emotionally and spiritually strong.
I strongly recommend all my community member to read this book.
