Any solution for Procrastination
Sometimes I have lots of work to do but I just keep thinking and procrastinating the work aam alfaazon ma kahun to action lene se pehly kafi overthink krta hun jabke ye bhi pata hota ha ke kaam krne se hi sukoon milega like overthinking se nhi but something it happens and what's the solution, ma agr kaam krne ke bajaye reels bhi scroll krha hota hun to dimagh ma ye ek tension rehti ha ke kaam krna ha ye rehta hai wo krna ha but phr bhi action lene ma DER krta at the end sometimes action Le bhi leta hu or kabhi kabhi fail bhi hojata hu but kia ap logo ke Sath bhi ye chiz hui ha or agr hui ha to iska koi solution?
