12:00 - 2PM wokeup + took shower + Breakfast + Zuhar parhi ( 2 Bja mne Gym punchna hota ha toh sbha🏃dorrain lgi v hoti hain )
2:15 - 4:00PM Exercise (I don't use phone in Gym )
4:15 - 5:00PM Ghar punchi + Phone check kia
( community m comments check kiye + mails check ki if any update) + Asar parhi + 1 suit press Kya.

5:15 -7:00PM Magrib parhi + aj koi Kam ni Kya mne ghr ka 🙊+ Mama n chai bnae hui thi wo pi chocolate chip cookies 🍪 k sth + insta scroll kia.
7:00 - 8:00PM Sar m bhtt Dard tha Islye lait gae thori dair.
8:00-10:00PM Esha parhi + Dinner + Sultan salahudin ayubi dekha
10:00 - 10 : 30PM ( YouTube tutorial dekha how to upload video introduction on UpWork )
10:30 - 1:15PM (LinkedIn pe Ek job Dekhi udr apply Kya acha khasa lengthy form tha + Sth community m online ayi watched
" how to safely replace 9-5 job video " + Read the document " 21 Day English speaking challenge" which mam Aliyah uploaded in classroom + shake pia abhi Bna k + Now writing daily Journal ✌️
