Journal no. 16

I'm posting journal after 2 days because I was super busy and tired of the studies.

Today I woke up at 7:38 AM

Yes I remember the exact time because nowadays, every morning when I wake up my first thought is to check my phone and see if I overlept again? is my schedule getting messed up again?

ThankGod I'm getting some clarity in my concepts about lectures now otherwise everything was getting so piled up it was scaring me.

Anyhow, woke up, took a shower to get fresh and joined 8AM live session

Completed session 10:00 am

Breakfast + chat with girls about co-working 11:00 am

started office work at 11:06 am

worked an hour, then took a break at 12: 30 pm ate a mango

12:30 pm to 1:13 pm I was doing research on calendar ideas and checking my email inbox.

I got distracted by the email of Flowcandy , started reading their BFCM chart, from there got distracted and started researching about UTM parameters, and then I opened youtube to learn about UTM parameters but I got distracted by some valueable YT videos of some creators like Alex hormozi and others.

and doing this I spent almost 2 hours of my peak energy in something that was not really "urgent".

I'm observing this pattern in my habits so often now. I don't "waste" my time in useless information now but instead I now "mis-use" my time in learning things that take me away from the current thing I am supposed to do in the moment.

and this thing happened TWICE today.

after completing my office tasks at 6 pm I was supposed to complete my previous lectures and start outreach but instead I got distracted into the treasure hunt of information again and now Although I have gained lots of new information today and found reallly reallyyy beneficial YT channels that teach things worth of GOLD, but my original agenda of the day stays incomplete .

I've completed day 3 lecture of upwork job selection part 1 that is my acheivement.

Now I'm too tired to do anything and I'm just sleeping in hopes that I'd somehow get more clarity through my actions tomorrow.
