6:00 a.m.
I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and began my day with Fajr prayer.
After Fajr, I recited Surah Rahman, which brought calm and clarity to my morning.
I then spent five peaceful minutes with my cat, giving her attention before starting the household routine.

I made my daughter ready for school and dropped her off at 7:15 a.m.

7:30 a.m.
I went out for my morning walk.
8:00 a.m. β 9:15 a.m.
I attended my yoga class, which ended around 9:15.
I reached home by 9:40 a.m., as usual.

After coming home, I rested for a while.

I made breakfast and had my meal.
After that, I prepared lunch and completed all household chores.
Iβve now shifted my 2β3 hours of kitchen work to the morning instead of the evening, which feels more productive and organized.
By 2:00 p.m., all meal preparation and chores were completed.

After that, I prayed Maghrib.
