๐ช Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today the day went really well. I woke up earlier than usual compared to my recent routine. After waking up, I scrolled through the community after so many days just to see what was going on and to get a sense of familiarity again. After engaging and watching some content, I got up and wrote my goals, affirmations, and journalโthe diary was right beside my bed, next to my pillowโso that helped me start without resistance.
I did wuzu, offered Zuhr prayer, and then meditated for 15 minutes. After that, I read a book for about an hour while walking in my room and ate some fruits. Then I moved into my usual training routine. The workout felt solid, and after that I rested, washed dishes since we were home alone, and handled basic responsibilities.
Later, I cooked dinner. I also completed my 5,000-step daily goal, Alhamdulillah. The day felt more about chores, walking, learning, and alignment rather than aggressive work. The financial side is still a bit behind, but Iโm slowly getting back to it, InshaAllah.
Iโve been thinking for many days about creating contentโespecially around calisthenics and possibly starting a YouTube channel for book reviews and summaries. I know this is something I want to do, but I havenโt started yet. I donโt fully understand whatโs holding me backโmaybe fear, maybe hesitationโbut I know the solution is simple: break the barrier once and continue.
InshaAllah, Iโll do it soon. I trust the process.
Alhamdulillah for everything.
๐ฑ Lesson of the Day
Not every productive day looks like money-making.
Some days rebuild structure, clarity, and momentum.
When the foundation is stable, progress follows naturally.
