πͺ Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today was fine. I woke up and stayed anchored to my morning routine. Ate some fruits and had a healthy breakfast. Then I cleaned my room. My family went to the market, so I had to take care of my little brother until my mother came back.
At night, I was working on articles for the SEO Clerk client, writing and posting them as guest posts on author websites. But honestly, that felt like distracted work. I've been running from my real responsibilities for the past two or three days. I have goals around creating my Upwork profile, learning, and reading, but I couldn't align my routine to make time for them. I was overwhelmed with the feeling of not doing enough, not learning enough.
So I started coping by wasting time on social media and distracting myself. Today I also wanted to create looms, but I was feeling that fear again. "What will people think of me if I make looms? Can I even do this well?" So I decided to face this hard task first. I read a section from The 5 AM Club, made a loom on it, and posted it in the community.
Yes, the days are hard sometimes. You feel confused and lost. You don't know what to do. But you have to remind yourself of your goals. It's okay to take a break. You just need to identify what's bothering you and why you're feeling this way. Sit with yourself and process it. So, Inshallah, I'll get better tomorrow. I'll focus on achieving more and giving more output. I will not let this weak mentality sink in again. I will drive toward my purpose, Inshallah.
I was also a bit sad because yesterday I pulled a muscle in my left arm and couldn't exercise. That made me sad. But I reminded myself that rest is also important for growth. So yes, I'm grateful for everything I have. I'm grateful for the small tasks I completed today. Those matter too. Alhamdulillah for everything.
π± Lesson of the Day
When you feel lost and overwhelmed, don't run to distractions. Sit with yourself, identify what's wrong, and do the hard thing first. Small wins matter, and rest is part of growth.
