Got up, got fresh, brushed, went to get a haircut, shower, Zuhr and Asr prayer, ate a fruit orange π, spent time with family, got ready to go to the market with a friend to inquire about table pricing.
Started fresh and energised.

Went to multiple markets to buy jackets and shoes for winter, bought 3 jackets, got home, and tried the jackets again.

Lurking here and there, found fried chicken to eat (it was cold, fried it again), hopped onto a meeting with Haroon Bhai, wrote a script, recorded a video for their YouTube, and discussed my community building for the fitness niche.

Discussion with Haroon Bhai on text, exercise, walk in the room, didn't know where time went, and I also pulled a muscle in my left arm while doing pull-ups, and I'm really sad π about it, then drifted to sleep. Frustrated and disappointed about the injury.

πͺ Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today was Great. Woke up and stayed anchored to my morning routine. Then I had a plan to go out and buy a table from a furniture market with my friend. He told me about a place, so we were supposed to go there. But some uncertainty happened. I was a little late, so my friend had already left to buy jackets from the market.
When I called him, he said, "I have left." I told him, "Stop where you are, I'm coming. Let's go buy jackets together." So we went to the market. I didn't find any good deals there. On our way back, we found some jackets and bought a few. I got three jackets for myself.
When I came home at night, I was exhausted. I just lay down and slept. I woke up at midnight. Had a meeting with Haroon, recorded a video, and wrote the script. After that, I was doing some exercise, and while doing pull-ups, I pulled a muscle in my left arm. That made me really, really sad because now I can't exercise for some days.
But then I reminded myself that rest is also required to grow muscles. It's okay. I'm still sad though because I just love doing exercise, and now I can't do it regularly. But I have to take care of my body and not stress a muscle that's already been pulled. So I didn't do any workout after that.
It will be fine, Inshallah. I pray to God that He gives me courage and power to overcome this obstacle and gives me a quick recovery. Alhamdulillah for everything, for every blessing God has given me. I am distracted a little for a day, but I'll come back. Some days are off, some days are good. But you have to pass through the bad days to get the reward you're seeking. So, Inshallah, I'll wait, I'll do sabr, and this shall pass too.
π± Lesson of the Day
Rest is part of the process. Some days test your patience, but injuries teach you to respect your body's limits. This too shall pass.
