Wake up at 9:30 AM
Sleep at 12:45 AM
9:30AM - 1:00PM --> fresh up, was so excited for day, Read research pprs on Uni project, Report to supervisor somehow it changed my whole day energy from high to low.. one thing I know that
1:00PM - 4:00PM --> rest + read research pprs + felt low decided to rest + watched YT videos, read book journaling rest.
4:00PM -7:30 PM --> watched YT videos, Read Book, tea, family time
7:30PM- 1:00AM -->get back to lil active mode (plan my feb month routine), Read freestyle Journals(December2024) and get to know the routine worked for me.
Mistakes:
-- sleep late
-- was too confused abt how to rest like tried to nap but I could not.[I have decided to make my personal Rest, energy doc so that when I feel like it so can know how to get myself back.]
-- only one prayer
I expected the day as full of productivity but lost my track...
