Slept around 2 AM. Woke up today around 1:00 PM.

- Push through the sluggish feeling by showering, cleaning, and refreshing my routine.
- Keep up with my spiritual growth by reading Seerah and listening to a lecture.
- Cooked dinner
Diet + Gym + Boxing:
- Breakfast/Lunch: Started the day with comforting Roti and Desi Ghee right after waking up.
- Dinner: Alu gosht
- Gym: Missed

Wins of the Day:
- Overcame the frustrating feeling of an unproductive day by taking action read my scheduled portion of the Seerah
- Took a refreshing shower that instantly helped wash away the exhaustion and reset my energy.
- Stepped into the kitchen to cook dinner
- Channelled my evening energy into my environment by completely cleaning my room and organizing my cupboards.
- Beautifully wrapped up the day by listening to an inspiring lecture on Allahβs name, Ar-Razzaq
Mistakes / Learnings:
Learning:
Rest is not waste. Instead of letting a slow start stress me out I need to remember that taking it easy is sometimes necessary and I can always pivot the day around just like I successfully did today.
