I need a Suggetion
Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone,
I need a suggestion. I work in a sales and marketing office. About one month ago I had already resigned, but my company called me back and asked me to rejoin. I respected their gesture and joined again because I felt it was very kind of them to give me another opportunity.
However, now I am not really enjoying the work and the income is also not meeting my expectations. Because of this, I am thinking about resigning again.
The problem is that I don’t know how to discuss this with my boss in a respectful and professional way so that he doesn’t feel bad, and I can leave the job properly.
I would really appreciate your advice on how I should talk to my boss about this situation
