How to step into upwork
Hello I'm Sarib work as AI engineer in the uk based company along with my freelancing work. I get clients locally create a project for them and get my money.The sourcing of client usually a referal or pitiching arround the soical platform now the services I am providing is getting expensive we can take one example setting up GHL for the it cost arround 300 to 350 usd in term of platform fees cherry on the after it they have to pay me too. So small or mid level comapnies cannot afford it and the companies who can afford this they prefer agencies rather then individuals.
Now the main questions are:
1- I got initiate to start a agency with my 4 friends but they are not investing money like in self hosting,upwork connection buying and market they are thinking first we earn then spend and I am telling them when we spend so we can earn my question is should I countinue with them or not?
2-If I leave them so I have to spend all the money by myself so for initial things I am trying to focous on upwork but and on the free connection I got one reply too but for my greedyness and unprofionalism I lost that client letter I realized my mistake as well so I am thinking to buy freelance plus subscription so it a good option?
3-At the beginning when my profile is new so should I do bosting or first grow it orginaclly then boost.
I hope you all guys understand my condition right now all the valuable advices are welcome and this all my thinking perspective if you think I am thinking in wrong direction so you can correct me as well.
