Hello everyone,
My name is Zunair Khan, and I am a Full Stack Developer. Currently, I am working as a Full Stack Developer in a company.
I am planning to start freelancing on Upwork and would like to learn from your experience. When we submit a proposal to a client on Upwork and the client is not interested or rejects the proposal, do we lose the connects that were spent, or are they refunded in any situation?
I would appreciate your guidance and insights.
