One thing I want to remember about today:
Today I wrote the first journal of my life. I never tried writing before, but today I gathered courage and started. It took time, but Alhamdulillah I finally did it.

Slept at: 2:00 AM
Woke up at: 10:30 AM
What data will I look up after a month or year?
I will look back at my first journal entry and see how much I have grown in consistency, discipline, and habits.
Reminders:
No one can waste my time except me.
Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
