I’ve noticed something about myself — if I wait for the “right mood,” a lot of important things never get done.
Some days I feel motivated.
Some days I don’t.
But responsibilities don’t care about my mood. Goals don’t either.
Discipline is choosing to act regardless of how you feel.
It’s doing the task even when your mind suggests postponing it.
The interesting part?
Most of the time, once you start, the mood follows.
Action creates motivation — not the other way around.
Today I’m reminding myself:
Don’t negotiate with your mood. Just start.
What’s one task you’ll complete today — no matter how you feel?
