📝 Reflection
Today, I felt burnt out and physically and emotionally exhausted. Despite feeling very tired, I did not refuse to complete my tasks. During Ramadan, my routine and sleep schedule have been unstable, which is contributing to fatigue and emotional sensitivity.
However, I am proud that I remained consistent. Insha’Allah, I will prioritize my health, improve my sleep routine, and continue working toward my goals with balance and discipline.
