Date: July 18, 2026
Day: Saturday
One thing I want to remember about today:
Stayed patient and productive despite a major internet outage in the morning, making up for the lost time with a double session of influencer research in the evening.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Slept at 12:26 AM last night and woke up at 4:30 AM for morning prayers before sleeping again.
Finally woke up to start the day at 8:00 AM.
Daily Summary
Most Important Tasks & Progress:
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Despite the morning internet delay, I ran two major research blocks in the evening. Sourced a solid batch of influencers and successfully sent out their outreach emails before closing the laptop.
Academic Study: Kept up with my study timeline, completing my learning block right after lunch and Zohar prayers.
Kitchen & Home Care: Maintained my daily space by deep-cleaning the kitchen in the morning and washing the remaining dishes late at night.
Diet + Gym:
Breakfast: Had breakfast and drank tea after waking up at 8:00 AM.
Lunch: Ate a light, healthy salad at 1:00 PM once the internet came back.
Dinner: Had dinner with the family right after finishing my evening influencer emails.
Gym/Exercise: Pushed through my afternoon laziness after waking up at 5:00 PM, completed my influencer hunt, and successfully executed my full evening workout.
Day Close Section
Prayer Times:
Fajr: Offered prayer at 4:30 AM before returning to sleep.
Zohar: Offered prayer in the afternoon right after having lunch.
Asr: Offered prayer in the evening right after my first post-nap influencer scouting block.
Maghrib: Offered prayer on time right after finishing my workout and second research session.
Isha: Offered prayer tonight after using my mobile and right before clearing the kitchen dishes.
Wins & Learnings:
Win: Did not let the 2.5-hour internet outage break my mood. Instead of wasting the evening, I adapted by splitting my influencer work into two highly focused blocks, getting all my emails sent out successfully.
Learning: Waking up at 5:00 PM gave me the perfect energy boost to handle a packed evening of research, exercise, and outreach without feeling overwhelmed.
