I aimed to achive 3 things
1 - Namaz
2 - 3 hour study session
3 - and organization of stuff
unfortunately i did only 1 out it. feeling sad but still gratefull atleast i got out of that doom scrolling thing and was able to focus for 3 hours this in it self feels like and achievement.
I was able to decrease my screen time from 12 hours to 5 only. Alhamdulliah.
Also, i planned on learning stiching by stiching my own suit someother day but ended up doing it today so kind of I did achived a task. It felt good.
Feeling a but more motivated then yesterday.
I'm listing my 3 main goals for tommorow and 2 others non mandatory. They might feel too small to you but these are the things I'm stduggling to do so even these are achivements for me at this point. Praying they become part of my routine. Ameen.
1- Get up early and make my breakfast by myself.
2- Visit bank and then college to submit examination form.
3- Organize my stuff (I wasn't able to do it yesterday)
4- Get ready (I use to love doing this and I'm feeling low so I like think it might boost my mood)
5- Stich my dress
I hope I'll be to achieve everything with a happy heart. Wishing the same for all of you.
