Day 18: Daily Journal
Date: 12 July 2026
Day: Sunday
One thing I want to remember about today:
Listened to my body by taking a full rest day while successfully keeping my fitness streak alive even when feeling under the weather.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Slept at 12:30 AM last night and woke up at 4:20 AM for morning prayers.
Went back to sleep afterward and finally woke up at 8:30 AM.
