One thing I want to remember about today:
Listened to my body's need for rest while successfully maintaining the essential "non-negotiable" habits of my routine.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Slept at 12:47 AM last night and woke up at 4:45 AM for prayers.
Went back to sleep and finally woke up at 8:30 AM.
What data will I look up after a month or year?
How I managed to sustain the consistency of my exercise and study routine even on a day when I felt unwell.

Most Important 1-3 Tasks:
Academic Study: Kept up with my learning goals by completing my daily study session.
Physical Maintenance: Followed through with my exercise routine despite feeling under the weather.
What I don't want to do today:
Force myself to tackle high-pressure business or household tasks when my body clearly signaled the need for recovery.
Diet + Gym + Boxing:
Breakfast: Had breakfast after waking up at 8:30 AM.
Gym: Completed my exercise session despite not feeling 100%.
Practice:
Remained consistent with daily learning, ensuring that even a "light" day moves my long-term goals forward.

Wins of the Day:
Mindful Recovery: Recognized that my health wasn't at its best and intentionally cleared my schedule of heavy tasks to prioritize healing.
Routine Integrity: Successfully kept the "spine" of my day intact (prayers, study, and exercise) even when energy was low. This proves my habits are becoming truly embedded.
Mistakes / Learnings:
There is no mistake in taking a slower day. Sometimes, hitting "pause" on complex projects is exactly what the body needs to perform better the next day. I successfully navigated a "sick day" without breaking my essential disciplines.
