Slept: 11:15 PM
Woke up: 5:10 AM
Started my day with:
- Took one automation idea and outlined practical next steps.
- Watched some Skool content.
- Set a simple execution plan for the coming week.
What I don’t want to do today:
- Overplanning
- Switching tasks mid-focus
- Seeking motivation instead of discipline
Diet + Gym
Breakfast: Banana + Boiled eggs
Lunch: Home-cooked meal
Dinner: Light home-cooked food
Gym: Chest

- Watched some video tutorials for n8n automation.
- Looked into some Skool content.
- Another day of staying consistent with physical and mental workout.
