4:30 AM per Sehri ki, phir Namaz-e-Fajr ada ki.7:30 AM per so gaya.

4:00 PM per utha, fresh hua aur Namaz-e-Zohr ada ki.5:15 PM per Namaz-e-Asr ada ki aur Quran Pak ki tilawat ki.

Iftaar & Evening
Iftaar kiya aur Namaz-e-Maghrib ada ki Family ke sath thoda quality time spend kiya. 7:30 PM β 9:00 PM tak study ki.Khana khaya aur Namaz-e-Isha ada ki.Phir 10:00 PM β 11:45 PM up work outreach ki videos dekhi.
ποΈ Fitness
12:00 AM per gym ke liye nikal gaya.Aaj Back & Biceps train kiye.1:30 AM per gym se wapas aaya aur diet li.π Ramzan mein bhi workout skip nahi ho raha β discipline on point.
Ab sone ja raha hoon.
