4:30 AM per Sehri ki, phir Namaz-e-Fajr ada ki aur Quran Pak ki tilawat ki.6:40 AM per so gaya
π College & Rest
9:30 AM per uth gaya kyun ke college jana tha.11:30 AM per college se wapas aaya, fresh hua aur 12:00 PM per dobara so gaya.π Ramzan + college routine tough hai, lekin manage kar raha ho.
π€ Evening Routine
4:30 PM per uth kar Namaz-e-Zohr ada ki.5:30 PM per Namaz-e-Asr ada ki.Phir iftaar ka time ho gaya β iftaar ki aur Namaz-e-Maghrib ada ki.
π Study Time
7:30 PM β 9:00 PM tak study ki.π Consistency in study during Ramzan = strong discipline.
Uske baad khana khaya aur Namaz-e-Isha ada ki.
ποΈ Fitness
11:30 PM per gym ke liye nikal gaya.Aaj Chest & Triceps train kiye.1:00 AM per gym se wapas aaya aur diet li.π Ramzan mein bhi gym consistency maintained rakhne ki koshish kraha hoon.
