✅ Reflection Of The Day
Alhumdulillah, the day overall was productive and full of learning, but somewhere around 8 to 9 pm, my mood suddenly dropped. It was not something very intense, but I just went quiet and stopped talking to everyone at home. I did not feel like eating dinner either, even though lunch was already very light. Phir bhi pata nahi kyun, achanak se mun utar sa gaya tha, aur ye achanak se aane wali "Mayosi" ghar walon ne bhi notice ki.
Anyway, when I was heading to the office, I became aware of this state and decided to turn it into something better. I chose to work overtime as a form of self-accountability for that heaviness I was carrying inside and to give myself a punishment as well for being in this type of state, and then I ended up working two extra hours.
Alhumdulillah, once I reached the office, everything started to feel better. Talking with my colleagues, listening to their stories, and being in that environment slowly lifted my mood and refreshed my mind. Sometimes it really is about changing the space and letting things flow.
Alhumdulillah for the awareness, the strength to not sit in that feeling, and for ending the day on a better note.
