One thing I want to remember about today:
Mental Mastery course's precious lessons, practices and techniques.
12am Slept woke up 10am.

Building trust upon ALLAH SWT and habit to put effort.

No one can waste my time except me.
Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.

Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.
Day Start Section:
10am to 12pm Involved gave attention to much needed family matters.
12am to 12:30 took breakfast.
12:30am to 2pm Started Mental Mastery Course.
2pm made ablution and went to offer Zuhar prayer in Masjid.
2:20pm to 5:15pm Watched, paused, reflected mental mastery course. Also made notes which I will upload today. I.A
5:30pm Offered Asar in Masjid.
6pm to almost 7pm Took mental Mastery class.
7pm offered Maghrib in Masjid.
7:20pm to 7:45 did some fast walking.
8pm Returned home and took dinner.
8:30 to 9:30pm Watched mental mastery course and also 3rd video of this course.
9:30 to 10 did some engagements in community and checked notifications.
10:30pm Isha
Most Important 1-3 Tasks:
1- Today's prayers.
2- Mental Mastery Course.
3- 300 times small darood e Pak on counter tasbeeh.

What I don’t want to do today:
I want to avoid disappoinment and want to raise my trust upon ALLAH Rabbul Izzat and His infinite mercy. May ALLAH SWT bless me results ASAP.
Diet + Gym + Boxing:
Breakfast:Anda pratha
Lunch: Fruits salad
Dinner: Arvi ki dish and bread.
Gym: 20/25 minutes fast walk.
Practice: Thinking positive about my future.
Speaking: Not yet.

Fajar Qaza offered Qaza ASAP.
Prayer Times:
Fajr: Offered Qaza at 11am
Zohar/Jumma: 2pm sharp in Masjid.
Asr: 5:30pm in Masjid
Maghrib: 7:00pm in Masjid
Isha: 10:30pm
Tahajjud: May ALLAH SWT bless me taufeeq for this.
