Missed Saturday’s journal because of my mismanagement. Insha Allah, I will not miss it onwards.
One thing I want to remember about today: Be productive and fix your sleep timings.
Goals Overview: Develop discipline and self-control, make a structured and healthy life, learn lead gen, and earn $300 via Upwork by helping business owners generate revenue through my video editing and content strategy skills.
30 days (March) goals: Practice dummy bidding consistently, Upskill video editing from intermediate to an advanced level.
Why to achieve: To kickstart my freelancing journey, get a strong grip on my motion design skills by consuming paid premium courses, and start upgrading my setup.

Day Start Section:
Sleep Schedule
- Slept at: 4:00 AM
- Woke up at: 12:15 PM
Daily Activities
1) 5:15 AM – 7:30 AM Woke up, then washed hands and had suhoor. After Suhoor, performed wudu and left to pray Fajr at 6:00 AM approx. Returned home at 7:00 AM approx and recited Surah-e-Yaseen. Then slept.
2) 12:15 PM – 1:05 PM Woke up again, then got freshened up and left to pray Zuhr at 12:50 PM approx. After Zuhr, I left to visit the clinic.
3) 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM Returned home at 4:00 PM approx, then rested. After rest, at 4:45 PM approx, I cleaned my desk and left to pray Asr at 5:15 PM approx.
4) 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM Returned home before Iftar, had Iftar, then left to pray Maghrib. Returned home from there at 7:30 PM approx, then performed nafil and wrote journal (didn’t complete it because of Isha timings). Then left to pray Isha at 8:15 PM.
5) 10:00 PM – 12:00 PM Returned home at 10:00 PM, then had dinner (Aloo gravy + 1 roti + 1 paratha + dahi barey & chola chaat). While eating, watched the 11th Hour podcast. After eating, watched the 11th Hour podcast, but while watching, I slept. (Didn't upload journal.)

Diet:
Suhoor: Tandoori chicken (made in mustard oil) + 1 and a 1/5 roti + Yoghurt + Pheni.
Iftar: Dates + Lemonade (Used brown sugar as sweetener) + Dahi Barey and Chola Chaat (ate 4-5 spoonfuls)
Dinner: Aloo gravy + 1 roti + 1 paratha + a plate of chola chaat and dahi barey.
