Over the last three days, I focused on getting back into a good routine.
I started my mornings by waking up early and praying namaz, followed by a few quiet moments to settle my mind.

After breakfast, I went to my job and tried to be responsible and focused at work.

I came back home around 1:30 pm, prayed namaz, and had my lunch.

After resting for a short while, I opened the community and attended my learning sessions.
I watched my web development classes with full attention and made proper notes. After completing the lectures, I posted my notes in the community. Sharing my learning made me feel accountable and motivated to stay consistent.

In the evenings, I attended online sessions when scheduled and spent some time relaxing with my family and my cat. I avoided overthinking and tried to keep my days balanced. There was some scrolling, but I didn’t let it take over my time.
I know consistency is still a challenge, but I’m trying again — and that matters.
