One thing I want to remember about today:

What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
[Last night I slept at round about 11:00 to 11:30 PM.
And woke up at 4:30PM. After waking up drank chia seed water, got fresh, prayed Fajr and went to work.]
Reminders:
- No one can waste my time except me.

- Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
- Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.

By the way today I was feeling very tired and weak, or maine is tiredness ki khatm karny k chakr mai workout kr leya bas phr, phr kya hona tha, leny k deny par gaye 🤣.
