- none since i was in the hospital since two days. came home today.

woke up : 7am
to 10am - gave my mom her medicines , talked to doctors, got the discharge card made.
to 11 am -- bought medicines - came home
to 2pm - cleaned the house + washed my hospital clothes and abaya + showered
to 2:30pm -- namaz
to 3:30pm - lunch
to 4pm - namaz
to 7 -- nap
to 8:30 -- namaz + snacks (samose + jalebi)
to 9 - daily journal
to 10 -- dinner
to 12 - namaz + watch a movie or just rest
Reminders:
No one can waste my time except me.
lalach ki zindagi se sukoon ki mout behtr hai.
Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
always see myself as a hero and accept the reality always take the blame on myself for the blunders i make this will force me to keep improving

- asim bhai told me to follow the journaling criteria which he set , i will start folllowing it from tomorrow inshallah since my head hurts so bad and it is difficult to write.
