Date: 24 Feb, 2026
Day: Tuesday
Yesterday, I had black coffee for the first time since the start of Ramadan. I missed it — but it cost me a full night of sleep. Lesson learned: discipline over cravings.
From 4 AM to 6 AM was Suhoor time. After that, I managed to sleep for a couple of hours and woke up at 8 AM. Took a shower, got ready, and headed to the office — tired, but committed.
💻 Progress at Work
Today was a big win.
I successfully completed and tested the User Management Module on our CMS.
🎯 Purpose of this module .Now we can assign different roles to people in the marketing department so they can:
- Add blogs
- Update website content
- Manage pages
Without asking developers to change small lines of content. This will save time, increase efficiency, and make the workflow smoother.
That feeling of building something that improves the system? Priceless.
🚀 Knowledge Sharing & Recognition
Today my colleagues were discussing the JAMstack architecture.
I explained that JAMstack stands for:
And shared that our website is already built using this stack.
My project manager gave me a shout-out in front of the team. That moment felt amazing. Recognition hits differently when you’ve worked hard for it.
🔧 Challenges & Responsibility
The backend team changed the CMS content structure, which caused data fetching issues on the website.
Because of that:
- I had to stay one extra hour at the office.
- The build had issues to fix.
- Some styling is still pending.
- Contact Us form functionality needs to be completed.
Tomorrow’s plan:
✔ Fix build issues
✔ Complete styling
✔ Finalize contact form functionality
✔ Commit changes
✔ Push live 🚀
Progress over perfection.
🌅 Evening Routine
Reached the hostel about 30 minutes before Iftar.
After Iftar:
- Rested until 7:30 PM
- Prepared for Isha prayer until 9 PM
- Gym from 9 PM to 10:30 PM 💪
Then:
- Called home
- Talked with my mother and younger siblings
- Felt recharged emotionally
Ended the day with a lecture and now it’s time to sleep.
✨ Reflection
Even with:
- Little sleep
- Fasting
- Extra work hours
I still:
- Delivered at work
- Learned and shared knowledge
- Took care of my health
- Stayed connected with family
This is what consistency looks like .Not perfect. Not easy. But disciplined.
Tomorrow we go again. 💯
