- Eyes and head felt heavy throughout the day
- Prioritized rest due to poor health

Sleep: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Spent time with family
- Took sunlight exposure
- Had breakfast
- Felt slightly better compared to the previous day
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Worked on Final Year Project (Design Document)
- Focused only on FYP tasks during this time
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Attended English Speaking Class
Evening
- Electricity went out
- Despite trying, I couldn’t continue any productive work
- Due to the situation and low energy, I rested instead
Sleep: Around 10:30 PM
Health Update & Reflection
- I am feeling much better than before
- My medication is still ongoing
Doctor advised:
- Physical activity
- Low screen time
- Proper rest
I am trying to follow this advice slowly and responsibly.
