10:30 → 12:00 → post on LinkedIn → prepare for next day
12:30 → 1:30 → healing session
1:30 → 3:00 → study → journaling
3:00 → 3:30 → imagination
3:30 → 4:00 am → day end
“I had a good day, with no judgment. I’m happy, and I know I’m working on myself even during my exams. I truly appreciate myself. I’m glad that I’m aware of everything, good or bad. I’m emotionally mature, and I’m not emotionally attached to anyone, so no one can hurt me.”
