Assalamualaikum Guys,This is not my first journal. I had tried before as well, but I didn’t understand it today, I’m starting my journal again.
My Sleep time:
I slept at 11:00 PM and woke up at 5:15 AM.
Morning
I went to the gym at 6:15 AM and came out around 8:45 AM.After that, I had breakfast and watched a video.
Working
At 11:00 AM, I worked on some reels for practice and also did some clipping work.I learned a few new things from YouTube to improve my editing skills.
Break
From 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM, I rested and ate food.Then I continued learning.I also spent a little time in the community today- I wanted to spend more but couldn’t.I watched a dummy bidding session, and I also started “Rewire Your Brain.”The first Alex Hormozi video was very long, so I watched only a little and then stopped.
Indoor Games
From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, I went indoor with my friends.We played matches, won 4 and lost 6 😑 Today, I got out in the very first over in two matches.After playing, I came back home.

I need suggestions on how I can improve my journal.I know it’s not perfect, but I wanted to write today’s journal. From today onward, I will write my daily journal to track my time and monitor my progress.
