- 3–5 PM: Zuhr & Asr, brought groceries for home.
- 5–6 PM: Reached office, called Haroon bhai for updates, discussed progress on live sessions with Wakeel bhai; added today’s Kafla session to the calendar; reviewed all updates in the MVS Moderators Group
- 6–7 PM: Magrib, Set today’s priorities and shared them with Haroon bhai (closing November finances, product tasks, and live bids strategy); accepted 3 Upwork invites; checked and replied in multiple MVS Upcoming Courses groups (Human Psychology, AI Automation, SMM, Health) and guided next steps
- 7–8 PM: More team members arrived; updated finance sheet and added partner clients details; jumped on another call with Haroon bhai to review product tasks and stop low-leverage work
- 8–9 PM: Conducted Kafla session discussed DM scripts and Hormozi’s value equation
- 9–10 PM: Meeting with Basit bhai (top-tier video editor) about starting a potential partnership; explained complete model; also instructed Umar Methani and Aleeza to upload pending course videos with proper screenshot updates
- 10–12 AM: Discussed December bidding budget with Haroon bhai; drafted the entire plan in a document; attended a live session in the “Make Money on Skool” community
- 12–2 AM: Break for dinner + gym
- 2–3 AM: Back on call with Haroon bhai — exchanged updates, got clarity on direction, aligned priorities, and quickly reviewed November finances together
- 3–4 AM: Meeting with Hibban bhai to finalize his November finances
- 4–5 AM: Writing this journal; will accept new Upwork invites next, pray, and then sleep
✅ Reflection
Today was a powerful day of alignment, decision-making, and team synergy. Constant communication with Haroon bhai kept priorities sharp and prevented wasted effort. The blend of community value, product work, finances, and leadership discussions created real momentum.
The only drawback continues to be the late sleep cycle, which affects overall energy and morning discipline — but the direction, teamwork, and execution today were exceptionally strong. Alhamdulillah for clarity, progress, and consistency.
