Assalam u alikum wrwb..
Day 9...!
So today,it was a good day Alhamdullilah,,,I am feeling better,,,,
Things I do whenever I feel sad or depressed are:
I show gratitude,,,
I thank ALLAH for all the blessings I have,,,,,
I remind myself that Duayain kabhi bi zaya nhi hooti.
Khayr, wokeup,
Had breakfast,
Took shower,
Household chores,
Prayers,
Duas, Azkaar,
Quran,
Interpretation,
Surah e Waqya,
Tasbeehat...
Tea,
Dinner ,
Done with everything..
Plus one thing I would suggest to y'all..
Along with your mental health, take care of your physical health too,
Feed yourself good food,,
Incorporate fruits and water in your routine...
Well,I will share productive things,when I will get my energy back......
