7:00-8:00 Skool community mein posting kri daily journals ki r old notes mental mastery k dekhe kch
8:00 - 8:30 Scrolling kri or kuch dekhta rha kam k hawale se
8:30-9:00 Isha Namaz Bajamat (mind fresh kia kafi stuck hgya tha)
9:00- 10:30 Office me python language ka kaha learn krne ko usko seekhne me lga coz new tha mere lie kch projects kie + skool p live session join kea
10:30-11:30 Game khela thra bht + dinner karne chala gya
11:30-12:30 Walk ki then aakr sogaya , then uske bad KE walo ne fault k nam pr light of krdi jiski waja se raat bhar neend disturbed rahi

- 8:00-8:30 unnecessary scrolling (time waste)
- Gaming thodi zyada ho gayi (productive time use ho sakta tha)
- Sleep thodi late hui (routine better ho sakta hai) and late b hui due to issues
