Breakfast: rice
Lunch: had some snacks
Dinner: roti + Curry and some fruits
Exercise : 30 minutes exercise, 30 minutes walk with mama
Practice: journaling behter karnai ki Koshish, journal review ki videos dekhi Haroon Bhai aur asmi Bhai ki
Learn new English words :
