Morning Reflection**
Aaj subha thori late aankh khuli kyun ke raat der se soya tha. Isi wajah se Fajr ki namaz qaza ho gayi β is baat ka ehsaas raha ke routine aur sleep schedule ko behtar karna zaroori hai. Uth kar shower liya, khana khaya aur phir Zohar ki namaz ada ki, jo din ka acha start ban gayi.
**π Coaching Time**
Zohar ke baad coaching gaya. Wahan focus ke saath time guzra aur productive feel hua. Coaching se wapas aakar Asr ki namaz ada ki jo din ke beech mein aik sukoon ka lamha tha.
**π€ Social Time**
Asr ke baad doston ke saath time spend kiya. Ye moments stress kam karte hain aur mood fresh kar dete hain. Phir Maghrib ki namaz parhi aur ghar wapas aa gaya.
**π Evening & Night Routine**
Ghar aa kar Isha ki namaz ada ki aur phir gym ka time ho gaya. Aaj gym mein **Chest & Triceps** train kiye. Workout acha raha aur body ke saath mind bhi strong feel hua.
Gym se wapsi par doston ke saath **badminton** khela, jo din ka sab se fun aur energetic part tha. Iske baad ghar aa kar khana khaya.
**π± Self-Improvement Time**
Raat ko classroom mein videos dekhi aur apni skills polish karne ke liye learning content watch kiya. Ye waqt self-growth ke liye kaafi valuable tha.
