One thing I want to remember about today:
I completed all my studies with discipline.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
around 3am i slept and woke up at 10am
Mistakes / Learnings:
through the majority of the day i didnt doomscroll but in the end i got a bit unfocused and doomscrolled for some time.
I outreached to clinics and watched videos in the community and tried my best to not give in to distractions!
