✨️ One thing I want to remember about today:
Today I learned that I need to build healthier systems that support me, so my mind and body stay steady and don’t collapse every time life throws a small inconveniences my way.

Wake time: 10:20am

10:20-11:00: Woke up, got fresh and had breakfast.
11:00-12:00: Study session
12:00-3:30: Quran revision
3:30-5:30: Spent time with sister and had shower and prayed namaz
5:30-9:00 Taught tution kids ( They have exams so it takes too much time)
9:00-10:00: had dinner and spent time with mana baba ( they were back from gaun after 2 days)
10:00-11:30: Joined MMOS Live
11:30-12:00: Used phone
12:00-1:00: Spent time with a dear friend.
