2:00 PM:Worked on my project.
4:00โ5:00 PM:Scrolled Instagram and watched reels.
6:00 PM: Did cooking and spent quality time with family.
10:00 PM:Went for a walk.
**Reflection:**
My goal was to complete all of my pending work today, but I wasn't able to finish everything. Looking back, I spent some time on distractions that could have been used more productively.
**Goal for Tomorrow:**
- Fix my sleep schedule.
- Stay focused and work more actively on my pending tasks.
- Be more mindful of how I spend my time.
