What an amazing day!
The best part is I haven’t slept properly in two days maybe just 3–4 hours. Why? Because I have so many things to do and I don’t want to delay them. It’s all about my work nothing else, so I’m a night owl guy who works at night and sleeps in the day.
My gym partner didn’t go today and I’m tired too. The weak version said, "Oh you’re tired, keep resting, you don’t need to go to the gym". But the strong version said, "Stand up and attack, you’re not tired, you need to be disciplined". So I overcame the excuses, went to the gym, and stayed consistent. Today was leg day too.
By the way, right now I haven’t slept or rested. I keep working, sitting at my setup, coz the mindest is "Nend pori hoti rahy ge sapny pory hona ka bad.'" 😉🤜🏻

- Hack Squat or High-Bar Squat
- Leg Press
- Bulgarian Split Squat
- Leg Extension
- Seated Leg Curl
- Standing Calf Raise
- Cable Crunch
