Can someone please review my Upwork & Fiverr profiles and guide me?

I have recently completed 2 orders on Fiverr, and one project is currently in progress — a milestone-based project worth $2200.

On Upwork, I got my first client on an hourly contract, where I worked on bug fixing and improvements in an existing app. So far, I’ve completed 6 hours, earning $38 in total.

Now I’m a bit confused about the next steps on Upwork — how to optimize my profile, improve proposals, and attract better clients.
