Brain Revive Routine – Taking Action
After listening to @haroon Sir’s Brain Revive lecture, I decided not to just feel motivated… but to take action.
He said:
“Print your routine and follow it daily.”
So I did.
What My Routine Focuses On:
  • Track sleep & wake-up time
  • Daily reflection
  • Follow the 2-minute rule
  • Focus on 1–3 important tasks
  • No mobile during deep work
Why I Printed It?
Because systems create discipline.
Motivation fades, but routine builds success.
This is my step toward:
  • Better focus
  • Stronger mindset
  • Consistent growth
