Anyone worked in the past for a client's YouTube channel?
I've a client, I'm managing her community, till now our main source of traffic is Instagram
But now she wants to expand and start YouTube. Although, we've uploaded her 1st video but I wanna create a system for ideation, title, scripting etc. So, we can make more videos per month
