Maine apni individual Upwork profile banai thi, baad mein apne dost ki agency join kar li. Hum agency mein sirf 2 members hain. Mujhe ek client ki direct invitation aayi thi meri profile par, aur maine khud client se baat karke project liya.
Client ne pehla milestone fund kar diya tha, lekin kyun ke contract agency ke through tha, main khud offer accept nahi kar sakta tha. Agency ke doosre member ne offer accept kiya, aur maine sara kaam complete kiya.
Project complete hone ke baad client ne payment release kar di. Lekin payment meri individual account mein na pending mein show hui aur na hi earnings mein aayi. Woh payment sirf agency account mein doosre member ko show hui.
Ab main chahta hoon ke main agency leave kar doon aur as an individual kaam karun, taake main khud offers accept kar sakun aur payment directly mere account mein aaye.
Please batayein ke agar main agency leave karta hoon to kya mere Upwork account, ongoing contracts ya payment history par koi issue to nahi hoga?
